I opened my first bookstore Words and Music in Capitola, California in 1975. I reluctantly sold it and moved back to Nashville in 1979.
In November of 2001, I opened Rhino Booksellers which has been voted Nashville's best independent bookstore by the Nashville Scene. A second location was opened in West Nashville in 2007.
I currently own well over 100,000 books between my two bookstores and my personal library.
